DURHAM, N.H. – The University of New Hampshire track & field programs will be hosting a three-day indoor clinic on Nov. 14, 15 and 17 at the newly resurfaced Paul Sweet Oval and Reggie F. Atkins Track, located at the University's Field House. The two-hour clinic will run from 6 to 8 p.m. on all three days and is open to all male and female athletes in grades 7 though 12.
Camp instruction will include learn-by-doing instruction and the fundamentals of technique and training on topics such as sprints, jumps, hurdles and throws.
Cost of the clinic is $125 if pre-registered seven days before the clinic and $150 if registered six days or less, including same day registration. On-site registration will take place on Nov. 14, the first day of the clinic, from 5:30 - 6 p.m. Additionally, there is team discount at the rate of $100 per person if a team enrolls with five or more athletes.
The camp instructors will be UNH track & field director Jim Boulanger, UNH women's track & field head coach Casey Carroll and former UNH track & field head coach George Liset. Boulanger and Carroll are both USATF Level II certified while Liset is USATF Level I certified.
