DURHAM, N.H. — Mike Jackson, 10th-year head coach of the University of New Hampshire women's soccer team, has announced that the UNH Girls Overnight Soccer Camp will be held July 18-22 on the University's campus.




DURHAM, N.H. – The University of New Hampshire women’s soccer team celebrated the 2003 season at its banquet Feb. 15 and gave special recognition to four student-athletes on the squad. In addition, Chiara Best (Rose Valley, Pa.), Katie Sullivan (Worcester, Mass.) and Debbie Newman (Ashford, Conn.) were announced as tri-captains for the 2004 season.




DURHAM, N.H. –Chiara Best (Rose Valley, Pa.), a junior forward on the University of New Hampshire women’s soccer team, was named to the Soccer Buzz Northeast Region Third Team, the publication announced Thursday.




DURHAM, N.H. – Debbie Newman (Ashford, Conn.), a sophomore back on the University of New Hampshire women’s soccer team, was a New England Women’s Intercollegiate Soccer Association (NEWISA) 1st Team All New England selection, NEWISA announced Thursday. UNH junior forward Chiara Best (Rose Valley, Pa.) was a 2nd Team honoree.




BOSTON - Debbie Newman (Ashford, Conn.) and Jackie Wishoski (Malden, Mass.) of the University of New Hampshire women's soccer team were selected to the America East All-Championship Team on Sunday following the conclusion of the tournament.




BOSTON - Jackie Wishoski (Malden, Mass.) continued her torrid scoring pace with another goal, but the fourth-seeded University of New Hampshire women's soccer team saw the 2003 season come to a close with a 2-1 setback to No. 1 Boston University in the semifinals of the America East Women's Soccer Championship Friday night at BU's Nickerson Field. UNH ends the season at 8-9-4.

DURHAM, N.H. - Amber Radzevich (Hampstead, N.H.) has earned the title of captain of the 2003 University of New Hampshire women's soccer team. Radzevich, who is President of UNH's Student-Athlete Athletic Council for the upcoming academic year, will be a senior back this season.
