DURHAM, N.H. - Boston University (4-3, 1-0 America East) scored 45 seconds into the game and again late in the second half, winning over the University of New Hampshire women's soccer team Friday.
The game was the the first conference matchup for both teams.
BU's Molly Nolan beat Wildcat junior goalkeeper Stephanie Springer (Solana Beach, Calif.) for the first goal, netting a pass from Suzanne Hudak on the Terrier's first possession.
The second goal came on a header from BU's Megan Cross, who received a corner kick from Suzanne Finn with less than 15 minutes to play.
Both Springer and BU goalie Beth Weisman picked up 3 saves, each playing the entire game.
UNH's next game is home vs. Northeastern on Sunday at 1 p.m.
