MEN'S SOCCER EARNS A PAIR OF SHUTOUTS AGAINST SNHU AND DARTMOUTH

DURHAM, N.H.  –  The University of New Hampshire men's soccer team earned a 2-0 victory over Dartmouth College on Sunday afternoon at Cowell Stadium in the team's fourth week of action this spring.

Jordan Thomas (Mohnton, Pa.) got the Wildcats on the board in the fourth minute of the first half, connecting on a pass from Dylan George (Bangor, Maine) to find the back of the net for the early 1-0 advantage.

New Hampshire would add to its lead in the second frame when Brad Hilton (Merrimack, N.H.) dribbled the ball deep into the box and slipped it to Charlie Roche (Haverhill, Mass.) for the finish, giving the 'Cats a 2-0 lead, which they would not relinquish for the remainder of the contest.

Colin O'Donnell (Springfield, Mass.) played the full 90 minutes in net for UNH, earning the shutout.

In the game prior, the Wildcats played Southern New Hampshire University to a 0-0 tie at Cowell Stadium. Chris Devine (Hampton, N.H.) and O'Donnell split time in net for the 'Cats.

The Wildcats round out their spring schedule with a 2-1-3 record, outscoring their opponents nine to four in six matches.
