UNH and WBIN-TV Announce 12-game Multi-Sport Television Agreement
DURHAM, N.H. – The University of New Hampshire athletic department and WBIN-TV have announced a 12-game multi-sport package of games to air live on WBIN-TV. UNH Wildcat Productions will produce the games with video partner Pack Network. Additionally, WBIN will air the newly created UNH magazine show Inside Wildcat Country beginning with the debut episode Saturday, Oct. 8 at 2 p.m.
The 12-game package will feature six men's ice hockey games as well as a pair of games each for men's basketball, women's basketball and women's ice hockey. The first broadcast will be Friday, Nov. 18 when the men's hockey team takes on the University of Massachusetts-Lowell. UNH Wildcat Productions broadcasts home games for 12 of its 20 varsity sports via UNHWildcats.tv. All told, UNH will produce over 100 games including the 12 on WBIN-TV.
