Justin Barnes is the general manager of Wildcat Sports Properties, a property of Learfield Sports and the official multimedia rights holder of the University of New Hampshire Wildcats.  Barnes joined the UNH Athletic Department in June 2012 and is responsible for overseeing the Wildcats’ comprehensive rights relationship including hospitality, signage, marketing and corporate partnerships.
 
Prior to joining UNH Athletics, Barnes served as an account executive and then general manager for Black Bear Sports Properties at the University of Maine. He has also served as a digital advisor for Dealer.com in Burlington, Vt., and as an account executive for WABI-TV5, the CBS/CW affiliate in Bangor, Maine.
 
Barnes graduated from the University of Maine in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism (concentration in Advertising). Along with loving sports, he is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys camping, mountain biking, snowboarding, fishing and hiking with his golden retriever, Jasper.
